This is a cozy cabin at the lake.  There is a primary building with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.  Additionally, there are two dry cabins for storage or extra bedrooms.  The primary building is 2x6 construction and some furniture can be included in the sale.  All appliances will stay, stove, fridge and washer/dryer.  There is not a well on the property, however there is a 1200-gallon water tank (approximately) with a pump to provide water to the main building.  Goose Creek is a gated community with 24 hour security.  The lake is approximately 400 acres, it is stocked and sufficient to water ski, swim, jet ski or just go for a boat ride.
