The Church is being sold to settle an Estate.   Included in the sale is the lot at 603 62nd Street (across the street from the rear parking lot of the Church.  The piano, ceiling fans, draperies, curtains, chairs, tables, pulpit, and air conditioning units are included in the sale.   A short walk to the Metro Subway Station and the Metro Bus Line.  Also, included is a fenced-in parking lot at the rear of the Church.  The additional musical instruments are not included in the sale.
