With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a loft area with a futon and a pull out couch it comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, ensuring that everyone has their own space to relax and unwind, add to this a boat ramp on site and tons of shaded seating, games and a dock to fish off of right outside the door! Upon entering Dock & Dunes, you'll immediately notice the beautiful decor in this newly remodeled coastal paradise with touches of elegance to the coastal ambiance. There are brand new appliances including a washer and dryer, linens, and towels are included in your stay as well as a full-sized stainless Wilmington Grill for inside and outside cooking and entertainment. The dock offers a covered gazebo with a swing and fish cleaning station. Please note all that is not an ''extra charge''... linens, towels, grill, private boat ramp, washer and dryer, tons of condiments and spices and ways to cook for those with a fresh catch from fishing...One of the highlights of this beach house is its private boat ramp, allowing you to conveniently launch your boat and park it out front at private deep water dock!
