The southeast wing provide additional rooms for functionality and comfort which too have views of a sloping pasture and a lush landscape. Other multiple outbuildings: carport, sheds, chicken coup and a private well serve as part of the infrastructure. The weather is warm and dry with cold snaps in the winter.
