Great Up North getaway!  There is a dock and deeded access to Sauble Lake #1 which is just a short walk out the back door.  The older mobile home has been well taken care of and has a metal roof over it to protect it over the years.  There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, dining area and living room.  The bath and one of the bedrooms were remodeled recently with a newer hot water heater.  Sit out on the large covered deck and enjoy the great out of doors!  There is a detached garage and shed which both have living roof, aka full of moss and may need to be replaced down the road.  Homes comes fully furnished excluding a few of the owners personal items.  Come set up camp and start enjoying the Irons area and all it has to offer.
