For sale is lots 10,11= one build sight 7,000.sqftLot 12,13 7.000 sqft.  is the other build sight, 2 lots are together is 45,000.00 90,000 for all 4 lots. I have rezoned both sights R-2 what that means in Lexington is a duplex or triplex could be built on each lot. a single family home could be built on either 2 lots also. The town of Lexington would have to be approached to get an address if the lots were bought individually. There is a storm cellar in the back of the property. The shop on the survey has been removed.
