There are 3 things to know about this property: 1) During the high water surges from the last 3 hurricanes during 2024 (Debby: early August, Helene: late September, and Milton: early October), no flood waters entered the house. Citrus County will only issue building permits to the end of the lot (the seawall). Beyond that, permits are "obtained" from the EPA.
