One had bunk beds and in the hallway, there is another bed which could have another bed on top to make sleeping for 8 since the futon turns into a bed also. It is close to all the amenities including the full bath house about four houses away. The campground is open April 1st to October 31st and during the winter it is open Friday to Monday. It has a waterpark, pool, adult gym and lounge with a pool table and shuffleboard table. There is also an arcade for children. They have events and activities every weekend during the season. The seller already paid $500 deposit for this season. The seller is willing to negotiate the price.
