Full size bathroom with tub.  Kitchen has full size refrigerator and apartment sized stove.  Owner upgraded to instahot  hot-water heater.  has regular heater and window a/c and a wall unit a/c.  Deck with furniture, shed with contents, gazebo and golf cart.  The batteries were replaced last year. Bring your clothes and grab a take-out menu, your set.  Park has lots of amenities, lake, pool, water park, activities, catch and release lake.
