At Magnolia Spaces, you will find large lots of approximately 2,500 sq ft. The layout of the 5 spaces is all back in spaces and the layout allows for plenty of parking in front of the RV setup locations. There is about 18 ft wide by 90 ft deep of crushed concrete area at the front of each space to be used as an RV pad and parking space. There is a “Middle Yard” grass area behind each RV space for private use which is about 500 sq ft. This area is also the relief area for any pets staying. There is a “Back Yard” Common Area of about 2,000 sq ft for community use. The Common Area is enclosed with a combination of privacy fence and picket fence so children can play safely in an enclosed area. The spaces on each side of Magnolia Spaces (Spaces 1 & 5) have fenced individual back yards.
