Lodges at Parker's Pond is a 17 house student housing community behind the Tanger Mall. Rate per bed is $775 based on 4 person occupancy.  The lease terms work with Texas State University Fall Schedule. Each house has a fence yard. Rent includes fiber internet, water, lawn care and trash. Each house averages 75 feet or more between each other. There's ample parking. We also offer a 3 bedroom rate of $900 per bed ($2700 per house).
