Great building site!  The seller bought this lot and did all the hard work but plans changed so now he wants to sell.  Seller already had 1.1 acre cleared, and had the perk test for septic system with a certification good till mid-August.  Seller already had Nelson County approve the driveway with a drainage culvert installed.  Seller paid to have roughly 1.1 acre cleared for building.  There is Water and Electric at the street.   There is over 600 foot of street frontage and this is a corner lot. If you are thinking about building in Nelson County don't let this one, get past you.  Very pretty rolling lot.
