Comfortable size and easy working kitchen with a built-in microwave, stove and refrigerator. (no dishwasher).  Full-size washer and dryer are in the home.  Eating space/dining area off the kitchen and living room.  FULLY FURNISHED. However, the tenant must supply their own queen-size and full size sheets, pillowcases, and all towels. The kitchen is well-equipped.  It is very close to Webster Field and only a short drive to the main PAX Base.  Landlord will provide Kayak storage, but you supply your own kayak and enjoy it at your own risk.  This cottage is adjacent to the large 2-story home built in the early 1900s and currently being renovated. Do not enter the main house, please.Application fee is $70 per adult and is non-refundable. All adults 18 years of age or older MUST submit a separate application online. Minimum acceptable credit score is 680 (all applicants must meet this minimum).  Recent late payments, collections, bankruptcies, foreclosures, evictions and excessive debt will not be accepted. Income, Criminal Background and Landlord References will be verified. Absolutely NO PETS AND NO SMOKING NEAR THE HOUSE.
