Dear Santa, All I want for Christmas is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in the Majestic Heights neighborhood and in the Birch Hill School District.  I’d like a kitchen with an island and granite countertops where I could bake you the best cookies ever!  A fireplace for the stockings, hardwood floors shining brighter than Rudolph’s nose, custom window blinds so I won't be tempted to peek at your arrival, plus a finished walkout lower level where I could watch Christmas movies, play games, and have a workshop for toy making!  I like ample closet space, Central AC, and a home office.  Outside I would like a large deck for entertaining and a spacious and private yard for snowball fights, building snowmen, and practicing sleigh landings!  Oh, and Energy Star rated as that is the gift that keeps on giving!  Please, Santa, I’ve been extra good this year. If 46 Majestic Avenue could be my home, it would make all my Christmas dreams come true and be the perfect start to 2025. Thank you from a future homeowner!  Happy Holidays.
