Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bath. From the dining space, you can head out to the custom concrete patio for dining al fresco, entertaining, sunset watching etc.  Kokanee Lodge has a detached carport with full storage area above. Kokanee Lodge is part of the Lakeside Villa HOA, so has 1 deeded boat slip, w/beach access/ landscaping and trash services.  The zoning allows for vacation rentals and these have been very successfully rented for past 24 yrs.
