This property is located on 4.5 acres in Wilson County, NC.  This is the old Bullock School property.  There is a small 2-BR/1BA rental home with 1260 S/F, wood frame with vinyl siding, central air/heat/2017 Trane gas pack, vinyl flooring with some carpet that is currently occupied.  Tenant has been there for almost 20 years paying $500 monthly and would like to stay.  Out of respect for tenant, the only viewing of house will be by photos only that are posted here.Also, there are 2 buildings on the property measuring 12 x 12 and 13 x 18 respectively - both used for storage.There is a live spring that runs continuously on property.The Old Bullock School building is in poor condition (roof has collapsed).
