This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a carport in good condition. It has a nice, quiet location not far from I-20.  The home has some recent updates including laminated floors and we’re in the process of updating the kitchen and getting new appliances. There is a little backyard with some shade trees.  We are building a wooden privacy fence because the neighbor does have dogs in her backyard. Security deposit will be equal to one month’s rent, no pets or smoking, and we do require a background check, credit check, and eviction checks. Applications are done on our website only, and all occupants over 18 are required to be on the application. Application fees are $35 per person.
