This was a rental property which rented for $750/mo. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & a full basement.  The basement is unfinished, but there was a bedroom set up in the basement.  It will need some minor work.  ACCORDING TO THE PRIOR TENANT, the attic fan does not work & there is a small amount of water that seeps into the northwest corner of the basement during heavy rains.  A few ceiling tiles have fallen in the small bedroom, but there is no roof leak.  All appliances were personal property of the prior tenants so NO  appliances will convey with the property.  The tall, unfinished pantry shelving was also the prior tenants. SOLD "AS IS"  Seller is unaware of condition of the property & has never lived in it.
