Large, brick duplex that's been owned by the same family since 1984. There's finished basement space which isn't included in the square footage on the tax record.. The smaller side B unit las a great renter who's been living there a long time. Lots of care has been given to both units. They are in good condtion. Roof inspection was done in July 2024, boot repairs were done in August 2024 by Langley roofing. Gutter guards were installed sometime in 2020. Unit A had new paint around June or July of 2024 and Ivp flooing installed in August 2024. All appliances are at least 15 years old or older I believe.
