Not a home, just 3 outbuildings.  Building one is a well built and insulated Well house.  Building 2 is a 10x 12  storage building.  Building 3 is a well built insulated workshop, that current owner is residing in.  Septic is in place and plumbed,  but not hooked up.   Outdoor shower w Hot Water  1.5 hp well pump makes for great water pressure.  Well is shared with neighbor across the street that has not built yet.  Shop building has on demand hot water and dual mini splits for heat and air.  Part of workshop has 8 inch center floor joist for heavy equipment.  Refrigerator remains with shop building as well as all improvements made to shop.  Owner had planned to build home next, but his plans changed.  All improvements have been made in the last 2.5 years.
