While subject to HOA, they do yard maintenance and common area upkeep. HOA does prevent the unsightly and helps to maintain property value. We've found HOA to be beneficial, unintrusive and affordable. There are reasonable golf memberships. Many residents have their own golf carts, social scene is vibrant, and league play is active and competitive.
