There is a neat little Cafe called the Bad Rabbit that serves great home-cooked meals. If you are a pilot, there is a dirt strip that you can land on behind the lodge. There is a yearly fee due in March for $219. It takes care of upkeep on the many roads on the ranch.    All sales are cash as no bank loan on the property, that is not on a highway or county road. All sales go through a title company and can take up to 45-60 days to close. All proceeds will be done by a wire transfer to the Abstract Company.
