Calling all investors. Please use extreme caution when entering home. Structural issues are obvious & the roof does leak. Power has been turned off for about a year. Seller has not lived in the home for 10 or 11 years and it has been vacant for the last 3-4 so it needs major repairs. Seller does not know extent of repairs but we do know they are extensive. We do know the septic tank is very old and is a brick tank with no septic drain field lines per seller. I could not find a septic permit online and have contacted environmental health to see if they have anything on file. We do not know if County will allow improvements to the house and be able to keep existing septic. Well was permitted in 1990. Lot was remarked and verified by a surveyor in 2023. Guilford County will need to determine IF the house can be repaired and the existing septic system can remain. IF not a new site evaluation will need to be applied for and approved. Buyer to conduct all due diligence.
