The kitchen features a dishwasher, electric stove and refrigerator.  All utilities paid by tenant.  We are pleased to say this home is pet-friendly.  We will consider 2 pets {under 40 lbs}. Prior approval is required, and all pets are screened through a 3rd party provider. (Aggressive breed dogs will not be considered). There is a non-refundable pet fee.
