The RanChan Arena is A premier working cattle & horse ranch with approx. 50 acre of premier and seasoned pastures and a state of the art 100'x200' covered steel truss arena. RanCher arena has had numerous competitive sports, that includes Equestrian obstacles, Team Penning, Ranch Sorting,  Barrel Racing/pole bending just to name a few. The arena features state of the art LED Lights, and sound system, laser pointers for precise placement of barrels & poles without having to measure again, And a announcer booth with lots of extras to help your events run smoothly. It also has 4 cattle holding pens on the backside of the arena. A fully operational Snack Shack with covered patio two outside access restrooms just to the side of the arena. Located on the other side of the arena is a 36'x120' 24 stall covered horse barn, with lights, electricity, and water & dusk to dawn lights on each end. There are 18 RV hookups with 50/30 amp and 110 electrical hookup for each spot, as well as water hookups for all. The second horse barn features 9 additional stalls, of which 6 are enclosed and 3 are under roof, a wash bay, tack and feed room, storage room, office with restroom, a machine shop room.
