This 10 acre lot is unique in that it is on both sides of the road.  The south side features an old hunters cabin and borders national forest. It also has level ground to build a more modern home. The north side is a lush grassy meadow with a creek running through it, perfect place to let the horses graze or just enjoy the scenery to include rock formations.   A driveway off Hwy 24 can be done with permit to give year round access. NO HOA!  Just think, a cozy cabin that is close to fishing and hunting but is also is your starting point for river rafting in Buena Vista or skiing near Monarch.  Without city lights imagine the stars that come out at night. Building and camping regulations are through Park County. Electric is near by.  Well and septic are required-- NO well drilled/No septic installed.
