The property has been completely painted interior, new paint on exterior, many repairs done throughout home from inspector's report, new dishwasher, two car garage in lower area of home. There are two kitchens (one on each level). Property has been a rental for approximately 15 years. Inspection was done for a previous contract. Owner repaired many items on that list. Transaction was not completed due to previous buyer had credit problems. House appraised over asking, but that appraisal was not available to us.
