Property consists of 2 lots with many trees planted.  It is located close to the City Park.  Owners have planted a variety of trees on the back part of the lots including pear, almond, 5 kinds of apple, peach, and cherry.  Trees are varieties that will grow only to around 15ft high.  Other plants on the property include asparagus, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and goji berries.  There are also Northern Privet bushes planted along some edges of the property.
