Each owner owns a 1/8th interest in a specific unit and is guaranteed to receive 5 weeks per year with additional stay opportunity if avail. Owners receive one week per season and a fifth bonus flexible week. It is a great alternative to full time ownership on the beach in a professionally managed setting. Secondary bedroom has 2 king size beds.  Units are non-rentals so only owners, friends and guests may stay.
