A minimum credit score of 650 is required for all financially responsible applicants. Applicants with a credit score between 600–649 may still qualify if their gross income is at least 4x the rent and any negative credit history is not housing-related. Additional income verification may be required for applicants in this range.BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS: A criminal background check will be conducted on all applicants. Considerations include the nature and severity of the offense, the time elapsed since the conviction, and any rehabilitation efforts.HOUSING VOUCHER APPLICANTS: Must include a signed Request for Tenancy Approval (HUD-52517) from their caseworker.
