There is a house on this lot needing renovation or taken down.   It has not been occupied for many years and has been vandalized.  There is a mobile home on the lot on the other side of the fence.  It needs to have a lease with the new owner or let the owner know that he is not able to continue to rent.  This is in an estate of sorts.  The current owners have not lived in the house and the last person to live in the house did so more than 2 or so years ago.  Parts of the house were vandalized after she moved out but prior to her being deceased.
