It's  one block from the beach, has a beautiful canal view, and a dock for you to park your boat. Direct access to the intracoastal waterway.  Beautifully decorated, this house has a spacious kitchen and dining room.  There are six tv's, a google chrome cast device for streaming movies, and a dvd player.  On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a queen and single bed, and the other with a King.  Both bedrooms have private bathrooms.  There is a double sleeper sofa in the living room.  Upstairs is a bedroom with a queen and single bed, with a private bath.  There is also a bedroom with a King and private bath, as well as another room with a double bed with a half bath in the hall. Enjoy the scenery outside on the balcony or deck.  Pets are negotiable, tenants pay for utilities and cleaning at the end of the tenancy.  No smoking allowed.
