Sunny and beautiful this cottage abuts walking trails to the Clubhouse through the woods in the rear. It has the most beautiful granite counter tops and comes completely furnished all on one level. Relax on the back patio. Lounge in one of the two pools or use the private gym. Enjoy the firepits at the clubhouse with friends or head into Kennebunkport for dinner. Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve is a seasonal community open April 1st through December 31st.
