Price includes technical survey and septic system engineering services.  Survey will include existing site features (treeline, edge of pavement, walkways, test pit locations, etc), at grade utilities and property markings to be utilized as a base plan for a future septic design.  State licensed soil evaluator to  conduct up to four test pits and four percolation tests at property and coordinate with Town of Dennis to oversee the soil evaluation.  Process soil data and provide soil classification and percolation forms required to permit new septic system.  Stake out corner boundaries with wood stakes and flagging at each corner of the property and provide survey plan (plot plan) in PDF format and one stamped final survey.
