Leave your kayaks or canoes on the holders down at the beach. For the swimmers in the family, there is a roped-off swimming area. For your convenience, there are also bathrooms by the beach. This camp has 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom, a large living room and an eat-in kitchen.  The large open porch is a nice spot for morning coffee, and the firepit is just right for smores and conversations. There is a nicely sized newer storage shed that can hold all of your toys and lawn care needs. The price includes 1 stock share in the Half Moon Beach Association. The Association fee is $1900 per year, which includes taxes and maintenance. The camp is hooked into the community water and sewer system. This association is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy nature and create lasting memories.  Plus, having a storage shed for all your toys and lawn care needs is a great bonus.
