All custom cabinetry in kitchen. 7) Anchored by a 50 sf center island with granite countertop; a sinewed wall behind the Wolf range. 8) Centerpiece of the living room is gas fireplace inset into a 9.5 ft wide by 20 ft tall wall covered in coral stone. 9) Exposed wood beams were added in living room as well as in dining room. 10) Updated designer lighting added throughout house. 11) Dining room features a suspended staircase leading to a balcony entrance to the master bedroom. 12) California Closets were added in all bedrooms. All four bathrooms fixtures are Koehler and Toto. All new bathroom tile work. 13) All exterior windows and doors were replaced with Pella products and exterior windows facing ocean have turtle glass. Interior doors sport Baldwin hardware. 14) New Metal roof installed. A new deck and beach walkway installed and sunset deck was added with a kitchen fence and security gate added at front of property. 15) Concrete driveway and walking paths were replaced with pavers. 16) New garage doors and openers. 17) Stone was added to the bottom half of exterior of the house. Side decks covered in tile. 18) All new landscaping via extensive landscape package implemented over 50 new palm trees, landscape lighting and reworked drainage system. 19) One air conditioner was replaced in 2018, the hot water heater in 2021. Various mechanical equipment including water pumps, a new fuse box etc have been replaced. 20) Water lines as well as communication lines from the street to the house were replaced and placed under ground. Added architectural design features in several rooms such tiled walls in entry way and kitchen as well as custom framing around the living room and dining room windows. 21) The sizable guest suite created on the ground floor allows to comfortably accommodate guests while providing them with privacy.
