If you like natural light and views this house is for you!  The natural light from the large front windows is wonderful.  The rooms are large and roomy. The home could use updating as indicated by the price.  The patio on the west side of the house is especially nice because there is a street between the houses, offering a long view.  It is amazing what you can create with these patios.   Be sure to stop at the office and pick up an application for residency.  You must provide six months of bank statements proving at least $2800 income per month, have a credit score of minimum 750 and if you have a dog it must be under 20 pounds unless it is a service dog.  Once in, you will enjoy the beautifully kept community with plenty of activities to join and meet new friends.  Tennis, pickelball, billards, cards, majong, two swimming pools, spa, a state of the art shuffelboard indoor court and a very nice club house with a great full library.  Our pond is a great meeting place to sit and watch the ducks.
