The cabin sets down a bit from the road with a U shaped drive.  The cabin is wired for a drop-in electric range, however the current owner used an electric fry pan and microwave.  Note that there are no washer/dryer hookups.  The cabin is all electric, with a backup generator, fueled by propane. Sugar Creek Lake is owned and maintained by the City of Moberly. This 320 acres of land and water is a great destination for fishing black bass, catfish, crappie and sunfish.
