Wood stove in center of living room provides ample heat for even the coldest days plus a propane supplemental wall heater adds a second layer of comfort. Two nicely sized bedrooms are located on the second floor just off a log stairway landing that’s perfect for reading your favorite book and sipping that first cup of morning coffee. Current owners utilize an incinerating toilet as their main bathroom. Home is powered by a 1000 watt solar panel system to keep all electric running for up to 5 days. Lithium batteries ensure long life for all electrical uses. The exterior features a wood fired sauna complete with propane hot water heater. A sand well point is located near the sauna to provide fresh water for potable use. New dock has been installed to allow access to the lake and to tie up a small boat.
