This property is nestled in around pastures, corn fields, and very few neighbors.   The entrance of Unit B is through the front porch.  Once you enter the front door into the vestibule there is the apartment on the left.  The Living Room is quite large and has plenty of natural light.  There is a lot of room for furniture, etc.  The Dining Room is next to the kitchen and it is open to the kitchen.  The kitchen has everything you need and notice the built in cabinets and deep windowsills throughout this apartment.  From the kitchen hang a right and you will see the stand up shower bathroom and then the bedroom.   The porch is  the private area  of the tenant of the apartment .  The views here are beautiful.  Please note the landlord is looking for all tenants over 18 to have credit scores of 600 or more and  have no criminal background.  Landlord pulls the credit reports.  This is a month to month lease and is not pet friendly.
