Farmland acres are designated as NHEL (Non-Highly Erodible Land) with extensive drainage tile in place, including a 12-inch private main running through the property. The tract has great access to Iowa Highway 9 with several competing grain marketing options nearby. The farm lease has been terminated and will be open for the 2025 growing season. The property is located in Section 8 of Union Township in Worth County, Iowa.
