Rustic barn located in the heart of Valley Mills, Texas.  This metal barn is currently being used as an overflow retail antique storage area.  There is a bathroom with a small vanity, multiple storage areas within the building and utilities such as water, sewer and electric available.  Old plywood floors and wooden framing throughout makes it very rustic feeling and nostalgic.  At one time it was used as a feed store and that country vibe has been carried on with some basic updates to make it usable for storage and sales of antiques.
