Julian.  A annual mountain retreat for 10's of thousands of Southern Californians for many years, just an hour of so from San Diego, Riverside and Orange County.  This quintessential Gold Rush town, known for it's amazing Apple Pies, county shops and historic lodging, is the place to go when you want to get away from it all.  Kali's Garden Restaurant is located right on Main Street, where thousands of tourists enter the town from Highwayt 79. Kali's opened 2 years ago. Serving a vegan menu, it has done very well.  Probably, a new owner should switch back to a more traditional menu, in order to better serve the majority of the eating public. A move like this would definitely increase sales. The building has two separate spaces.  A fully equiped restaurant upstains, with full kitchen, coffee bar, two dining rooms and a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is a fully equipped bakery spacel as well as storage area. This space is currently not being utilized. But has great potential.  Landlord may split the two spaces for the right deal.
