Quaint little camp !! Needs a little TLC on some of the interior work. So close to shore grandfatherd in !!Propane stove works, (except on the oven) . Nice refrigerator!!  The toilet also works , it has a holding tank pumped twice a year!! The lot in the front is nice !! Electricity at the road!! Nice area to put a dock in !!  Clothes line!!  Plowed yearround!! Put a RV on the lot  or 5th wheeler , there is enough frontage . Call Lurc to see what can be allowed or just use the camp!! Ice fishing , snowmobiling, hunting ATVing, and a camp all from this spot!! Cheap Taxes! Give me a call
