If you are looking for a quieter place to live in the country, but still close to shopping, stores, movies, and access to the major highways, this is the home for you!  This home sits on a former horse farm so the pasture is your view out of the back of the house.  The birds are chirping, the flowers and trees are blooming and the grass is green!  Turn in at the sign and go up the driveway until you come to a parking lot on your left. This is the parking area for the tenants.  Follow the sidewalk to the private patio just waiting for your furniture to enjoy.  There are flower beds that you can make into beautiful gardens.  When you enter the home from the patio, you will enter the great room.  This room has vaulted ceilings and leads directly into the Living room and/or the kitchen.  The kitchen is a eat in country kitchen that leads directly into the very large Dining Room that has built ins.  There is a full bath with tub outside of the Dining Room.  From the Dining Room you will enter the Living Room.  The Living Room is enormous and has a staircase that leads you to the 2nd floor where you will find the 3 bedrooms.  The two bedrooms on the left have original hardwood floors and the Primary bedroom across the hall has his and hers closets as well as is carpeted.  There is a basement that does take on water, so not recommended for storage.  There is a storage shed near the parking area for the tenants use.  Tenants are required to have a 600 credit score or more and have no criminal backgrounds.  THIS IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY.
