As they strolled through the house they opened the double doors that lead them to the main bedroom, a private retreat. The free standing tub in the main bathroom was perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day and the stand up shower an easy convenience. There were two other good sized bedrooms that had endless possibilities. Maybe for the family they were starting, the home office they had always wanted or just hosting guests. But it was the backyard that truly captivated them. Through the sliding glass doors, the house opened up to an oasis. Lush greenery bordered a spacious lawn, with a stone pathway leading to a lagoon style heated pool. The sound of a gentle waterfall into the pool could be heard within the rustle of leaves in the breeze. It was peaceful, serene, almost too perfect. They had imagined summer nights here, with the sound of laughter echoing from the patio as friends gathered around the fire pit and had dinner al fresco. As they stepped out of the main house, they noticed a finished 2 car garage with a tankless water heater and the side by side washer & dryer.  They immediately entertained the idea of designing a cool ADU, maybe? They had to look into it. But they knew this was HOME!
