Ranches 155 and 158 total acreage of 13.44 are ready for development. Greenview Ranches was a plotted subdivision in the1970's that was never developed. Road frontage is 750.9 feet. The recorded plat gives a 60' Right of Way for a road on the SW line of the property that will lead to Murray Woods Subdivision for access to Murrayville Rd.
