Abundant windows offer nice views of mature azaleas/ landscaping and provide lots of natural light.  Stepping inside you'll find every single room updated, beginning with a welcoming entry,  and kitchen with an eat-in bar that opens up to the spacious living and dining areas.  The dining room features a wet bar with lighting and the living room opens to a private patio that can be extended further for views of the sound.  The two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, (one with new windows), each have their own updated bath. The primary suite with hard wood floors, a walk in closet and completely new bath with all the bells and whistles is located on the 3rd floor.  This condo has it all!  Oak Bluffs' amenities include a nice pier for viewing sunrises and sunsets, a community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, kayak storage, and playground.  Boat storage across Hwy 24 is available on a first come/first serve basis for a rental fee.  There are currently two boat slips available for rent in the Brandywine Marina. The marina is not an amenity of Oak Bluffs but slips can be rented from the 40 slip owners.  These fees would be additional and separate from the Oak Bluffs HOA dues.
