Events / parties or gatherings are not allowed in the property.The home had 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, one with a bath tub and the master bathroom has a standing shower.Every room has a smart tv and the main living room with a 65 inch smart tv. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated, has a king bed with a memory foam mattress. The brand new master bathroom with stand up shower boast a lovely barn door.The other three bedrooms have a queen bed, twin bed, and bunk beds all with memory foam mattresses.Our modern style kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need to prepare your meals. We have a laundry room inside the hall bath area.Home has high speed internetHome was recently rehabbed and newly decorated with peaceful and relaxing colors and furniture to give you a beautiful experience.We appreciate you taking care of our home during your stay.We are in a great location, and its a quiet neighborhood but very close to many convenient shopping/entertainment and dining options with immediate access to the interstate just 500 feet down the street.You can also enjoy your meals in the patio area in the backyard with lots of lighting. Lights and decor made the outdoors a beautiful place to spend the evenings.Guest accessThe whole house is for your use but we have a closed closet in the master bedroom where our cleaning crew keep all their supplies.Other things to notePARKING Park in the driveway only. Do not park in green areas there are lots of sprinkler systems in the green area. We always encourage our guests to lock their cars and do not leave valuable properties in your vehicle. Our neighborhood is very safe but We are not responsible for damages to your vehicle or stolen items.NO EVENTS/PARTIES/GATHERINGS will be allowed in the property.
