One level townhouse. Attached finished garage.  New kitchen 2021. New laminate floors 2022.The view out the back is to a lawn area maintained by the HOA.  There is a community pool that opens during the warm months. Plus a community room that can be reserved for private functions. A recent comment felt the HOA dues are high.  The increase was about 10%.  Everything else has gone up more than 20%.  There has never been a cross the board special assessment because the board has been diligent about increasing dues annually so the income attempts to match expected expenses.  Low HOA dues almost always require special assessments at some time in the future.
